This policy covers refunds and cancellations for services provided by Show Up Local Media.

48-Hour Business Page

• Once we begin work on your page after payment and the completed intake form are received, the $297 intro offer is non-refundable.
• If you pay but do not submit your completed intake, contact us within 7 days to discuss options.
• One basic round of edits is included. Additional scope changes may require a separate quote.

No guarantees

We do not offer refunds based on business outcomes. Show Up Local Media does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, reviews, calls, or results.

Cancellations

To cancel or discuss a project, call or text 239-256-2259 or use the contact form.

Print-ready design

Design work is billed for the design itself. Printing is not included unless agreed separately. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving print files before production. Show Up Local Media is not responsible for third-party printer errors unless print coordination is agreed in writing.
